The company is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing/ advertising/sales team. Our marketing department seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of On Online marketing campaigns. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

Intern Role:

Be a part of a marketing team on one of our multi-brands owning day-to-day brand responsibilities and contributing to the business; responsibilities and project assignments will vary from brand to brand based on the business objectives, examples include:

  • Amazon & Flipkart Seller Account Opening & Operations
  • Digital Marketing
  • Advertising and Media
  • e-commerce Operations
  • Forecasting & Analyzing.

  • Product Development and Trend Recommendations
  • Lead an individual strategic project addressing a specific business problem and present to senior management

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of catalog, e-mail campaigns, online promotion, etc.
  • Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist with fulfillment of marketing offers.
  • Assist with the training for the customer through calling.
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data.
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
  • Prepare presentations.
  • Provide support to social media efforts
  • Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
  • Market visit to enroll customers with our online e-com portal and make them aware of the functionalities and offers.
  • It’s a Full time office Internship : End of the intern Certificate will be Provided.

We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. As Customer Relationship Manager you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. Responsibilities and Duties

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these. Coordinating with vendors. Other office coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree or Withut Degree.
  • Specific skills- English Spoken, MS Excel & Word, Computer Proficiency.

Excel Knowledge mandatory:

  • End to End process in handling E-commerce Seller Account Management (Amazon , Flipkart , Meesho Etc, Seller Accounts) and MIS closing and data statement preparation.
  • Integrating with our Clients and getting required details form them.
  • Preparation of Products Uploading in Excel Sheet and presentation of various reports and enabling the management to corrective action Reporting of variance.
  • Should be an expert in EXCEL and handle large volume of data,analytical,business & system.
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly MIS reports, quarterly reports and financial statements both on monthly & quarterly.
  • Excel to power point integration.
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
